The often heard slogan about Parrot Head Clubs is that we Party with a Purpose. The Towns Around Biloxi Parrot Head Club also like to state that We Put the PHUN in PHUN-DRAISING! The second weekend of September, the phlock and guests all get together for three days of music from the best performers of the trop rock genre. We bring in well known artists from around the country and sprinkle in some local artists. Who wouldn't enjoy three days sitting on the beach with sand between your toes, a beverage in hand and multiple artists singing songs that you love.
But as much as we enjoy the great times with phriends and phamily, we are also seriously committed to generating money for one of our favorite charities, the Mississippi chapter of Make-A-Wish. Since the inception of the Biloxi Box Set, we have contributed over $25,000.00 to this charity that has such a powerful mission of making dreams come true for critically ill children.
The picture clearly shows that the attendees of the 7th annual Biloxi Box Set are having a great time but that joy is amplified each year when we present a check to Make-A-Wish and start planning to do it all over again.
